Pre-planning:

Come to us before the birth to discuss everything together (or online via Zoom) and create your personalized birth plan.

Well beiing, feeling comfy and safe after the birth:

You can stay as long as you feel comfortable – up to 12 weeks. Experience has shown that this is a soothing and strengthening time.

During this time, you can be completely cared for and looked after:
Fresh, healthy meals, lovingly prepared
Support with all physical healing processes
Body healing massages and soothing treatments

Family-friendly: Your loved ones can arrive at any time, be present at the birth, or let them join later.
The experience has shown, that at the end of the birthing process Mums love to have more stillness and less people around
